The house
The plot consists of a large flat lawn with plenty of space for games. The house is on two levels. There are two staircases to the second floor, one at each end of the house.
There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed and a single bed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Double bed + single bed. Double. Two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs and bathroom with bath (old standard) and a bathroom upstairs.
Living room with TV / DVD, stereo and a large country kitchen with room for many.
Equipment
The house is well equipped for cooking and eating. There are large freezer, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., and laundry / dryer, patio furniture, grills and many bicycles.
Rental conditions:
The price is 11 000 SEK / week in high season (v. 27-33 and 8000 SEK / week in low season.
We charge a booking fee of £ 1000 as confirmation of booking and the remaining amount to be paid by 30/5.
Booking fee is non-refundable. If canceled after 30/5 are refunded provided that week can be rented to another guest.
Keep in mind that it can sometimes be full on ferry, especially in connection with the weekends, so book well in advance. Once you have booked, please notify the ferry you come by so we can agree on handover of key mm.
Access earliest at 14 days of arrival and departure by 12.00 hours from the house.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Cleaning materials are available.
The house is fully equipped with duvets, pillows and more. Tenant bring comfortable own sheets and towels.
The house is full insured value. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed indoors.

From Visby, take road 143 towards Ljugarn.
A few km after the Roma community, turn right towards Lye.
At Lye where the road ends, turn right towards Stånga.
After about 500m, turn left towards Burs and then follow signs to Burs to the church.
In Burs church, continue straight toward Nutrient Port (Not to Nutrient church).
Turn right towards Herte 3 km and then follow signs to Hörte / Herte.
When you come out on the open fields and the sea directly on the right side, you are almost there.
On the left side is a courtyard with stone barn and on the right is a white house of Gotlandstyp.
Immediately after the farm is on the right.
It's a yellow house with adjacent red barn building and brown fence.
Location
The house is located about 200 m from the sea with open and unobstructed views of the sea and paddock. It is about 700 m to the shallow beach where there is also a kiosk and easier serving.
It is about 5 km away, when where there ICA store and gas pump. I When are golf course with restaurant and Nutrient Holmen Reserve.
It is about 1.5 mil to Ljugarn, an old resort with hotels, guesthouses and restaurants, miniature golf and more. There are also Folhammars sea-stacks and the southern end of Ardre beach which is one of Gotland's finest sandy beaches.
About as far in the other direction is Hemse is southern Gotland's largest city with all kinds of services.
